Lori has been with PELA CFDC since 1990. In 2001, Lori accepted the position of Office Administrator while continuing to act as the corporation’s Secretary/Receptionist. Lori is a native of Prince Edward County and possesses a vast knowledge of the community.

Carla Vincent,
Business & Investment Advisor

Carla joined PELA CFDC in June 2012. She has a background in finance, supply chain management and business consulting. Carla has many years of leadership experience in manufacturing management for a large multinational company. She also has a background as a financial consultant.  Ms. Vincent is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Queen's University, and the Royal Conservatory of Music with degrees in Commerce, Science (Mathematics & Chemistry),  Education, and Piano Pedagogy. She holds the professional designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional, as a specialist in commercial financing. Ms. Vincent is responsible for commercial lending and business consulting services.

Lynn Lewis,
Loan Administrator

Lynn joined the organization in April 2005 as a temporary Administrative Assistant and advanced to the newly created Loan Administrator position in 2012. Mrs. Lewis has extensive administrative experience. She is responsible for the efficient processing of loan documentation.

Katie Gould,
EODP Coordinator

Katie joined PELA CFDC in May 2012 at the Picton office. Katie graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2011 with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree in Geography and Environmental Management. She completed the Sustainable Local Economic Development Option as part of her degree which allowed her to focus on her interest in the development of small towns and rural areas.

Wendy Hollingsworth,

Wendy joined PELA CFDC in February 2014. A graduate of Ontario Business College, Wendy has over  25 years of experience in office reception and administration. Wendy looks forward to welcoming clients to the Picton Office and providing assistance with accessing our many resources.
