Carla Vincent
Business & Investment Advisor

Carla has a background in finance, supply chain management and business consulting. Carla has many years of leadership experience in manufacturing management for a large multinational company. She also has a background as a financial consultant.  Ms. Vincent is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Queen's University, and the Royal Conservatory of Music with degrees in Commerce, Science (Mathematics & Chemistry),  Education, and Piano Pedagogy. She holds the professional designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional, as a specialist in commercial financing. Ms. Vincent is responsible for commercial lending and business consulting services.

Marissa Burley
Program Coordinator

Born and raised in beautiful Prince Edward County, Marissa is a graduate of Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and has a diploma in Marketing from St. Lawrence Colleg. Marissa works with businesses within the communities for continued business growth and economic development through grant funding, strategic advice and coordinates the Eastern Ontario Development Program.

Wendy Hollingsworth

A graduate of Ontario Business College, Wendy has over  25 years of experience in office  administration, and is a first point of contact and the PEC New Venture Centre, a shared, collaborative space in Picton for organizations that support community and business development for Prince Edward County.
